This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit wellhaven.uk or submit the early-access enquiry form. WellHaven the product is not yet available; once it is, it will come with its own, more detailed privacy policy and data processing terms covering client records specifically — this page does not cover that.

1. What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form, we collect: your name, practice or organisation name, email address, phone number (if given), professional body, an approximate client count, and any message you write. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this site.

2. Why we collect it, and our legal basis

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you agree, to follow up about early access to WellHaven. Our legal basis under UK GDPR is legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you have chosen to send us.

3. Who sees it

Enquiry details are sent by email to our own team and are not shared with, or sold to, any third party.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry submissions for 3 months from the date you send them, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever is sooner.

5. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or ask us to delete the information we hold about you, to object to or restrict our use of it, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you're unhappy with how we've handled it.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site and product develop. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
