WellHaven is not yet a live, generally available product — these terms cover using this website and submitting the early-access enquiry form. When WellHaven launches, using the actual product will be governed by a separate Terms of Service and Data Processing Agreement, provided to you before you sign up, covering how client records are stored, processed and protected.

1. Using this site

You may browse this site and submit the enquiry form to request early access to WellHaven. You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the form for any purpose other than a genuine enquiry.

2. No product access yet

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract, guarantee access, or commit you to anything. It is an expression of interest only. We'll be in touch personally to discuss next steps, including the terms that would apply if and when you begin using the product.

3. Intellectual property

The WellHaven name, logo, and the content of this site belong to WellHaven and may not be copied or reused without permission.

4. No warranty, limitation of liability

This website and the enquiry form are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, while WellHaven is in development. We don't guarantee that the site will be available at all times, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors, and we don't warrant the accuracy or completeness of anything on it, including descriptions of features WellHaven is expected to have once launched.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WellHaven excludes all liability — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, including any indirect or consequential loss, and any loss of profits, revenue, business, or data.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

Because the WellHaven product does not yet exist, this section covers only this website and the enquiry form. It does not address the availability, security, or performance of the WellHaven service itself — those commitments, including any service levels and data protection guarantees, will be set out in the Terms of Service and Data Processing Agreement provided to you when the product launches.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
